As an expression of our enormous gratitude, we are offering $1,000 off all estate planning services to all healthcare workers in the New York metropolitan area who are working in hospitals battling the COVID-19 pandemic. This discount will enable these heroes to receive FREE health care proxies, living wills, HIPAA authorizations and powers of attorney. These individuals are risking their own health and welfare every day to help save lives in our community. STEP FIVE: Contact us with any questions or comments after reviewing your draft documents.

STEP SIX: You will receive an email from our secure portal with your finalized documents for execution, along with detailed signing instructions.
